What if a product is now out of stock?

As all prints are all numbered and limited to a specific quantity sometimes, we do sell out on a product. Please contact jackieoneillartstudio@gmail.com and for recommendation on a similar product or upcoming products as an alternative.

Do you offer bespoke sizes in prints?

Yes it is possible to order both my textile and paper prints at a larger size to suit your home. Please send a contact form explaining what you want and ill reply to your query as soon as possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping service?

All of the products are beautifully packaged with love before they leave the studio, and all of this is conveniently included the price.

How long will it take for delivery?

Once you have placed your order, within Ireland you should receive your package within 3-5 working days. For any international orders, they are sent to An Post for dispatching once a week and shipped off to their new homes. A bulk delivery to An Post is done once a week with no delays leaving the studio.

Is it possible to collect?

As the gallery is open one day a week primarily for private appointments, it is recommended that you choose the delivery option. If you would prefer to collect please send an email to jackieoneillartstudio@gmail.com and collection time at the gallery can be arranged.

What are the delivery charges?

You do not have to worry about the cost of delivery on orders. We will look after that and all orders are delivered through standard post.

What happens if the product was damaged during delivery?

In the rare occasion your order is damaged in transit it can be replaced, free of charge. Simply email a picture of the damaged product, along with purchase details and a replacement can be sent out.

What happens if there is a delay in delivery?

No responsibility can be taken for any postal delays with an An Post directly. However, once you have placed your order it will be processed in the same week and delivered straight from the studio to the local post office.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. 

Certain products may only be available exclusively online through the website.

Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours and images shown across all of products in the shop section. No guarantee can be made to display any colour to be that as set out on your computer screen.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges and availability. I reserve the right to correct these errors to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

I reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

This website accepts Visa and Mastercard as a form of secure payment.  

Shipping

Once you have placed your order, within Ireland you should receive your package within 3-5 working days. For any international orders, they are sent to An Post for dispatching once a week and shipped off to their new homes.  A bulk delivery to An Post is done once a week. 

Lost Packages

All packages are sent as standard post in Ireland and Internationally. If you have not received your package please check with your local post office and neighbours.

Please contact jackieoneillartstudio@gmail.com if you have any problems with delivery and each case will be looked at individually.  

I am not responsible for refunding or re-shipping any lost orders. Please ensure that the postal address is listed correctly and in full. 

Refund and Exchange policies

I hope that you are fully satisfied with your product. If, however you would like an exchange or refund you are required to:

Ensure the order is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

Ensure the order is returned with 15 working days of receipt. 

Ensure correspondence through a request for a refund or exchange through the contact online form and details on where the product is to be sent will be provided. 

A full refund of your purchase will be made once it received by your return in perfect condition. 

Once a refund request is received, your refund will be processed as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

This site only collects the personal data you choose to provide (name, email, shipping address, contact number). This information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever without your consent. It is used for the purpose of fulfilling your order, online request for a query or request to be added to our newsletter. The payment gateway provider is required by law to keep this information confidential and secure. We do not store any financial information on our servers. In compliance with the requirements of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) customers can:
